The workspace shown on the website represents the planned dedicated FAMMO platform. The first company implementation can begin using the company’s existing Microsoft, Google or approved collaboration environment while the platform is under development.
Teams may retain their team agreements, member information, investment strategies and playbooks, learning plans, educational resources, meeting schedules, planning materials, execution records, team reviews and celebration history.
Yes. The company can designate a program administrator and program leads to oversee participation, establish access and confirm that teams are operating within company guidelines.

FAMMO offers a one-day Framework Workshop and a two-day Company Team Launch. The two-day launch also includes 30 days of implementation support. The schedule, participants and delivery method are confirmed with the company before the engagement begins.
The company and participating employees continue using the FAMMO Teaming framework and official events. Any included support begins according to the selected engagement. Additional launches or ongoing support can be discussed as the program grows.
The Company Readiness Assessment confirms the company’s strengths, identifies gaps and determines whether the one-day Framework Workshop, the two-day Company Team Launch or additional preparation is the appropriate next step.
