The assessment evaluates the sponsorship, administration, company guidelines, technology and first-team decisions required to introduce employee investing teams. Leadership receives a documented readiness determination, identified gaps and clear recommendations before committing to implementation.

Company Readiness Assessment$2,500

The $2,500 assessment fee will be included in the workshop price if the company proceeds.

  • Advance preparation and review of the completed Company Readiness Form
  • One virtual 60–90-minute readiness assessment session
  • Evaluation of the company’s sponsorship, administration, participation approach, operating boundaries and technology
  • Confirmed strengths, identified gaps and recommended actions
  • Written Readiness Findings Report with an implementation recommendation

The assessment is conducted virtually. Onsite participation and travel, when requested, are scoped separately. Final scope and schedule are confirmed before the engagement begins.

Path to implementation

If the company is ready to proceed, the findings establish the starting point for either the One-Day Framework Workshop or the Two-Day Company Team Launch. The $2,500 assessment fee will be applied to the workshop price when the company proceeds within 45 days of delivery of the final findings report.
